You are encouraged to bring your own mat. We provide necessary props, but feel free to bring your own. It is advisable to bring a towel and a reusable water bottle.
Attire should consist of comfortable, breathable workout clothes. Being barefoot is recommended; wearing socks may lead to slipping.
Mat rentals are available for $2, with complimentary mat rental for Unlimited Memberships. You also have the option to purchase a mat at the studio or bring your own.
We do not conduct heated classes, including Bikram yoga or “heated vinyasa.” Our classes typically maintain a comfortable room temperature of around 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Adjustments to the AC can be requested, but class temperatures do not exceed 80 degrees.
